After your personalised Labels4School package has been processed, printed and packaged, Pargo will collect your order from our printing facility. Pargo offers our Labels4School clients the option to use Click & Collect at any of their 1000s of Pargo Pickup Points located all over South Africa.

Thanks to Pargo’s partnership with popular retailers, like Clicks and Freshstop at Caltex, and local stores, their growing network of thousands of pickup points can easily be found across the country. |
What should I bring to collect my parcel? Valid identification and your unique Pargo PIN, which you would have received by email and/or SMS. If someone other than you is collecting, they’ll need their ID as well as a physical or digital copy of your ID and Pargo PIN. |
What is my Pargo PIN? This is a unique, randomly-generated PIN you would have received via email and/or SMS on confirmation of order. |
How long will delivery take? Delivery will take place in 3-5 working days from the date at which Pargo received the parcel from the sender. Add 2 more days for outlying areas. If the parcel has still not arrived after 5 working days, please get in touch with Pargo’s customer support team so that they can resolve the issue. |
How long will parcels be stored at the Pargo Pickup Point? Parcels are returned to the sender after 8 days of non-collection. |
What time are parcels usually delivered? Parcel deliveries usually take place between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Pargo Pickup Points run on independent store hours but are mostly open outside of business hours and over weekends for your convenience. Browse Pargo Pickup Points here. |
Where can I track my parcels? You can track your parcel by visiting Pargo's homepage at www.pargo.co.za, navigating to the top right menu bar and clicking on ‘Track’. There you must type in the tracking number provided via email and/or SMS.
